Ok so you've got to the stage where you need to give your blog a name. It needs to be snappy catchy, that sort of thing. But you have no idea how to go about picking a name for your blog. Well I'm here to help.
The first thing to do when your stuck for a blog name is to make a list of all the keywords you would associate with your blog. Then brainstorm possible blog title including at least one of these keywords (try to put your main keyword in your blog title) you have thought up of. I think a great example of this is InspectaGadget.com which is a gadget news site. The creator mixed two of his keywords together and it came out as the name of a well known movie and kids series, and its catchy. If your still stuck after the keyword technique then I highly recommend looking up good names for a (your topic) blog and you never know what might come up, for example I got stuck with the keyword technique for my gadget blog Inside the Device (http://gadgets-updates.blogspot.com/ ) and found a great title online. Also don't think you need to change your sites URL because you changed its title.
Tips on your blog name:
1. Make it easy to remember
2.Don't be to general in your name choice (Example: Pick Blogging Tips for beginners instead of just Blog Tips but don't over do it!)
3. Have a tagline to place under your title, not only does it look good but it also increases the chance the viewer will remember your site.
